The Samsung CY-STC1100 is a Skype-enabled web camera designed for use with Samsung Smart HDTVs such as those from the LED 6500+ and Plasma D8000+ series. In particular, the CY-STC1100 is an autofocus web camera that can handle 720p content with ease via an embedded HD sensor.
Also included are four microphones, an H.264 encoder, and an angle adjuster. The camera is essentially designed to transform a Samsung TV into a living room video-phone.
