Why 3 type connect to control the car radio? ( Infrared, Plug I/O, Wire)
INFRARED Type : If your car radio is standard model, no plug I/O, no wire not support steering remote interface from factory. You can use infrared type because the signal infrared from our interface box its same your’s car radio remote.
Plug I/O Type : Some model of car radio sush as ALPINE, JVC, Sony these factory built-in to steering remote receiver inside so backside of them have female plug I/O type.
Wire Type : It’s same plug I/O type. Some model of car radio sush as KENWOOD, JVC, Clarion, Panasonic these factory built-in to steering remote receiver inside so backside of them have wire for connect.
How to Installation ?

3 Easy Steps to installation & setup Professional Steering Remote Interface
Step – 2 : Set Configure Interface Box for your Car
*** Note : Steering Interface Professional model is Default setting for TOYOTA – HONDA and control to KENWOOD Car Radio.
2.1 After connect DATA wire to steering data socket following step from ” Installation Manual Diagram” If your car is MAZDA, you Press hold button [ MODE ] on steering and then Switch on to ACC, the LED in interface Box will Blink 2 Times. Afterwards you Press Button [ VOL - ] its confirm to change Default for TOYOTA – MAZDA
Step – 3 : Setting the Interface Box control to Car Radio
3.1 ( For TOYOTA – MAZDA Car only ) Press [ SEEK UP ] and release button on Steering, the LED in Interface Box will Blink 1 Time.
( For HONDA Car only ) Press [ CH+ ] and release button on Steering the LED in Interface Box will Blink 1 Time
3.2 Press button from 3.1 to select Car Radio Brands " Setup Manual Sheet " for your Car Radio. Example : If your car radio is ALPINE, you press [ SEEK UP ] or [ CH+ ] for 2 times etc.
3.3 After step 3.2 Completed you prerss [ VOL - ] to confirm for completed setting or Switch off and on again. Now ! Interface Box is ready to use.
*** Note : While you press in step 3.2 if you jumble or forget number. Suggest you press the button slowly until the LED in Interface Box Blink 2 Times. Its return to Default ( TOYOTA – HONDA control to KENWOOD Car Radio) and afterwards you go to following Step 3.1 – 3.3 again.
